A training record here is: person, page (policy or SOP), status, version, date. That is what auditors ask for. It is not a Moodle course grade.
Fastest: export from QC R&U - Page Overview
-
Open the training page.
-
Click
•••→ Apps → QC R&U - Page Overview. -
Open Users.
-
Use Export (CSV or Excel). There is no PDF download on Page Overview tables.
Repeat per page, or use a space / site report for many pages.
A dashboard page in the space (macros)
Create a Confluence page named Training records (or Induction progress). While editing, type / and insert:
|
If you want… |
Use this macro |
|---|---|
|
One group’s pages (a training team) |
QC R&U - Groups Overview |
|
One person’s pages |
QC R&U - By User |
|
All pages with label |
QC R&U - By Label |
|
One acknowledgement (an induction pack) |
QC R&U - By Acknowledgement |

You should see: A table on the published page. Use Exclude "Not Assigned" if you only want people who are actually assigned.
Pending rows are easiest to chase in Page Overview or Send Reminder, not only on the macro.
Whole space or whole site
-
Space: QC R&U - Space Overview → Overview → export (CSV or Excel; not PDF). Filter User Status to Only Active so unlicensed accounts do not distort the record.
-
Site: Apps → QC R&U - Global → Site Overview → export (if you are allowed).
When a document changes
If someone is Accepted older version, they have a record for an old version. For current competence, they must confirm again. That gap is the record working, not a defect.
