Step 1: Reload the page

Refresh the Confluence page in the browser.

Open QC - R&U again.
If the message was “could not detect the current page version”, a reload fixes a stale tab.
Step 2: Match the version strategy
A space admin checks Space settings → Integrations → QC R&U - Space Settings → Settings → version strategy.

You should see: The signature line shows a version (for example v.17 or 3.0 (v.4)), not an error.
If you recently changed strategy, existing confirmations may show Accepted older version or Pending until people confirm again. That can be expected.
