On a Confluence Page

QC Documents Page Overview

Use the QC Documents Page Overview to:

• Assign QC Revision Value against Confluence versions

• Review a page version

• See viewers analytics

• Configure how QC Documents should behave on that page

To see this page:

1. Open a Confluence page

2. In the top-right corner, click ••• (More actions).

3. From the Apps menu, select the QC Documents Page Overview.

Use QC Documents macros in pages

1. Open a Confluence page.

2. Click Edit (pencil, top right).

3. In the page body, type / (forward slash).

4. Type “qc documents”.

5. Choose a macro whose title starts with QC -.

QC Documents Space Settings

The place where space admins can enable or disable the app and configure its basic rules, such as:

• Enable/disable the app for the space,

• Enable/disable page reviews,

• Set the default display for the QC Revision byline dialog, or

• Configure the app’s date format.

How to find space settings:

1. Go to the space you’ll use the QC Documents app.

2. Click the three dots next to the space name and select Space settings.

3. In the left list, open the Integrations menu.

4. Click QC Documents.

Confluence Administration

The place that’s accessible only to site admins.

1. In the top right of Confluence, click the gear (Confluence administration).

2. Open Apps.

3. Click QC Documents - Global Settings.
