All content handled by our applications (“QC Read & Understood for Confluence Cloud” and “QC Documents for Confluence Cloud”) is stored directly into Atlassian OnDemand. We only store client information provided and generated by Atlassian for license validation purposes only.
Our applications have limited access to customer data. Such access is programmatically negotiated during the apps’ installation, following Atlassian Connect protocols, including public/private key based authentication. The applications can only access the required information for providing our services. The only data that may be temporary retained by our applications are the ones generated by them/our app and for caching and synchronisation purposes only.
Our applications are designed to allow app data to be accessible only with the appropriate credentials, so that one customer cannot access another customer’s data.
To host our Confluence apps we use heroku.com.
