GDPR Statement

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was drafted and passed by the European Union (EU) and put into effect on May 25, 2018. It applies to all organizations anywhere in the globe that collect and process data related to people in the EU. The GDPR will levy harsh fines against those who violate its privacy and security standards, with penalties reaching into the tens of millions of euros.

In QC Analytics we bound to comply with GDPR. Our plugins only process the unique account ID of the user and have nothing to do with storing any personal data such as a person’s first/last name, email address, phone number, location data etc.

We use heroku.com, a third-party service, to deploy our plugins. Note that our company does not store any personal information of the users.

Any personal data we collect from users when they contact us via any of the available ways (Service Desk request, tawk.to chat, email, phone call, Calendly meeting) are confidential and the only people who have access to them are the data controller and the data processor.
